We are 3BY2, and we are looking for a Marketing Account Manager to join our growing team in Perth. As a Marketing Account Manager, you’ll build your career working with a team at the top of their marketing game on a diverse range of WA businesses. We manage some of WA’s most well-known brands, leveraging strategy and technology to deliver on our flagship offering, the Managed Marketing Service. Our clients love us (it’s pretty cute), and…we love them (you will too). You’ll get plenty of insight because you’ll develop long-term relationships with business owners/founders and CEOs who are super inspiring. It gets super cute when clients start remembering your Birthday!

You’ll work with the 3BY2 specialist team nationally and internationally, getting exposure to digital, creative, strategy, automation, and down-and-dirty with campaign execution. It’s fast-paced, thoroughly engaging, and a whole lot of fun.



  • Work on your allocated clients, build relationships, execute deliverables and SLAY!
  • Working with our strategy team, get deeply embedded in the client customer journey and execute the tactics approved in the strategy (with the help of many legends supporting you).
  • Fearlessly dive into different tools, including AI, to provide exceptional care and innovative solutions to clients.
  • Provide exceptional communication and support to clients, addressing any enquiries, concerns, or challenges they may face. Give a shi*t and show the client you give a sh*t.
  • Collaborate because no matter how awesome you are, we’re always better together (except sometimes when we just need our headphones on for some quiet time, which is also cool).
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven recommendations. Please get your inner nerd on about 30% of the time.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices because this space is moving so fast that you better love it to thrive in it! Growth-mindset baby.
  • Oh, and you’ll need to timesheet…because we want you to have freedom in your role, and we need to balance that by being accountable to the people who pay our salaries… the clients.
  • Mostly, you’ll be speaking to clients daily, heading to client offices to run meetings, creating briefs, reprioritising tasks, and ensuring we do everything we can to make our clients successful.


Skills and Experience (serious stuff):

  • Ability to organise, manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to effectively plan and schedule work.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer relationship skills and a pride in delivering quality outputs.
  • High attention to detail but not a perfectionist (it’s ok to get things wrong and learn for next time)
  • Technologically savvy with a desire to learn new tools.
  • Ability to work productively and professionally with all members of the 3BY2 team, external contractors and clients.
  • Ability to take ownership of the role and work without close supervision.
  • Ability to take the initiative to learn new skills and ask questions to achieve 3BY2 and client objectives.
