The role:

We’re seeking an intelligent and creative individual to join our team as a Customer Experience & Creative Communications Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for envisioning and mapping out engaging touchpoints along customer journey maps and ideating and writing compelling communications that support client campaigns, onboarding processes, and engagement strategies. You’ll work closely with technical specialists in bringing workflows and automation sequences to life.


The day-to-day:

  • Workflow Design: Develop broad workflows that guide the customer through various stages of engagement and onboarding.
  • Creative Writing: Write compelling and engaging communications for each touchpoint, including emails, social media posts, landing pages, and other marketing materials.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with clients, marketing managers, designers and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and effective customer experience.
  • Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of overall campaign and engagement strategies with innovative ideas and creative solutions.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse the performance of communications and touchpoints to continuously improve and optimise the customer experience.


About you:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Grit: A burning desire to do what needs to be done to get the result. Doing lots of cool stuff, properly.
  • Execution: An obsession with getting things done and working with other high performers to meet deadlines.
  • Skills: Strong creative writing skills with the ability to write for various mediums and audiences. Demonstrated ability to present ideas to clients in language they understand.
  • Knowledge: Keen understanding of customer experience mapping and workflow design.
  • Creativity: You’re a lateral and innovative thinker with the ability to envision and create engaging lead and customer journeys.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Technical: We’re not looking for a nerd, but you need to at least be familiar with CRM and marketing automation best practices (and platforms)
  • Analytical: Ability to analyse performance data, pull out real insights and make data-driven decisions.
